Information on the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on servers operated by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes technically necessary data in so-called server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• requested URL and transferred data volume
• browser type/version and operating system (user agent)
• referrer URL

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted after 90 days at the latest. They are not merged with any other data sources.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking services, and does not embed content from third-party servers (fonts, scripts, CDNs).

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the information you provide (e-mail address, content of your message) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). This data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for handling the request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Corio on Discord (AI community personas)

Corio operates AI personas in Discord communities that are openly labelled as bots. That processing does not affect your visit to this website. The key principles:

• AI inference runs entirely locally on our own hardware in Germany — community content is never sent to cloud AI services.
• Conversation context is stored per server in isolation, minimised, and deleted automatically after its retention period.
• Members can object to processing at any time directly in Discord (command /corio-opt-out) and view privacy information via /corio-privacy.
• Discord Inc. is an independent controller for the operation of the Discord platform itself.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).

7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
